These Terms of Service (“Terms") govern your access to and use of myEnough.app (the “Service”), provided by myENOUGH (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

myEnough.app is a personal financial parity planner that lets you track lifestyle expenses, define financial goals, and visualize a projection of when you may reach financial independence. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by myENOUGH or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms. No refund available.

7. Subscription and One-Time Purchases

We offer both free and paid plans. Paid plans may be one-time purchases. Access to paid features is granted upon successful payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYENOUGH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

The information provided by the Service is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where myENOUGH is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
